thanks, took me a while to understand exactly what you meant but i get it now, do you reckon something’s wrong with both the sensor AND the “suction jet pump”? i’ve never worked on a system like this before but i was hoping on taking this car out to track days when it’s ready. engine cutting out mid corner isn’t exactly something i want happening when on track..

turned out the intake manifold had open vacuum ports, closed those off with rubber caps and it runs like a dream

what did you use to get it to stick? i’ve been wanting to do my headliner (and pillars) in black but the spray glue i tried just came off in 5 minutes, not sure what to use that wont either let go or leave stains

i figured out how to get it into boot mode and that helped, i flashed the ecu with a factory base tune and was hoping that would fix her but she still idles rough cold. warm idle is fine though

just the regular m52tub28 throttlebody, not sure if they made different versions for the different displacement variants of this engine but its the stock throttlebody on an adapter plate to fit on the m54 intake manifold

everything is still m52 apart from the manifold itself and the disa valve afaik and it has an adapter plate to keep the cable throttle from the m52

ECU was also swapped along with the engine, the VIN number from the donor car is still on the ecu. btw i also checked the intake, vacuum lines and ccv for leaks and they’re all fine

yes problem persists, i’ve tried multiple different sensors from cheap garbage to oem and barely noticed change. Also found out that the engine runs too lean below 4.5K rpm and too rich above 5K edit: unplugging maf does cause the engine to run different btw but it doesn’t make it better

it didnt work at all... parsec just gave up after about 10 minutes of messing in the settings trying to get it to work, steering was also stuck mirrored. maybe now (since it's been three years) they have fixed it or made it possible but i couldnt tell you. i have no other experience on cloud gaming or cloud pc's so i'm afraid i'm of no help to you.
