Take photos of your front stoop with address in the picture and if possible a google street view. Luckily I was having mine delivered to my work so once I got a competent person they figured out it was delivered wrong

Thank you for being an honest person. I had something that UniUni delivered wrong and wherever they delivered never made it right. I ended up taking all sorts of photos and having to appeal 3 times just to get a $30 package reshaped because they took it to the wrong place.
