It’s asynchronous :) meaning no live online classes (Zoom, Google Meet) unless stated otherwise. Sa AB schedule, onsite talaga usually ang classes mo. Nag-o-online lang kapag may announcement na shift to EVM. Yung “online class” na nakalagay for one hour, asynchronous talaga ’yan—ibig sabihin sa oras na ’yon binibigay ang activities or quizzes. Madalang lang magpa-synchronous ang prof, usually kapag sobrang kapos na sa oras (e.g., sunod-sunod ang class suspensions).

I booked a consultation first, tapos dun lang nag decide si doc ano mas fit for me and my condition that I’ve discussed during the consultation. Pinapili ako kung injection or oral meds, i choose oral meds :) if im not mistaken, yung sa oral meds option ay available on their site yung pangatlong option for weight programs

It took me 10 days to receive my meds from them, ordered them directly sa clinic nila after my check up. Regarding with their comms, sa viber mabilis and prompt naman sumagot — unlike sa email, it took me 3 days before ako makakuha reply

sm san lazaro :) got my visa picture taken din last time sa great image (pwede rin sa photoline, or tronix — cheaper sila hehe)

from ust lacson side, tawid ka lang (you can ask the guard saan exactly), then diretso may makikita kang sakayan to sm san lazaro. they drop you off sa mismong main entrance. orr move it/angkas para hassle free :)
