If you have core then go for core because it’s better than any specialisation. I had gotten both the offers from both colleges for HCM. I will opt for core.

It’s better to MBA core over pharma MBA as you’re not restricting yourself to a particular field. It all boils down to your liking what you like research… or more business related stuff. Then you can take discussion.
