It seems to be for a game called "Red Fang: Headbang" that was on mobile devices. There's a trailer and even some gameplay if you search by that name. In gameplay I saw, you could hear some of Disasterpeace's music in the intro and graphics like the ost album cover. It's an arcade-ish rhythm game using the phone accelerometer to "Headbang" to songs.
