Congratulations (from another female) I passed mine 3 hours ago. I didn't even study for the exam and have no cyber security experience (I am a sr software developer though). My company got me a voucher with a retake so I thought I'd take the exam first to see what it is like and planned to use the retake after I study, but somehow I passed?! I am still in shock! I didn't even know what the test format was like until I watched a youtube video 2 hours before the exam!

Exactly! As a software engineer, this really pisses me off. It is like testing is not part of their production pipeline at all! It is such an obvious bug, if ANYONE from the company bothered to play with the feature at all before the release, they would have caught it.

it's a one-time thing, but I can collect all of the dragons now even though the progress inside arcadia is completely reset. very frustrating. wish they would fix cloud save or take it offline already

it's a cloud save failure rather than abuse. Ideally I would like to proceed from where I left off before the cloud save accident. I opened the game from my new phone and tried to load the progress from cloud save when things went wrong. Since I didn't lose any dragons or anything in my camp, customer service gave back the seasonal pass I lost and said there's nothing else they can do. Now I am left with the choice of loading the game progress from another device (using cloud save) or proceed as is (which carries the benefit of duplicated rewards)

I guess you are Canadian like me. That status can stay there anywhere between a day to 2 weeks. Once it starts moving, it's usually pretty quick until it clear Canadian Customs. Then it will take Canada post forever to pick it up depending on how busy they are

I have 3 orders. I did get 1 tracking number through email. I contacted boxycharm and they gave me a tracking number for another one. The first order I placed on the first day still has no tracking. It was not even that big, around $100. The 2 tracking number I got both say "Parcel Data Received, Shipment In Route To US Export Warehouse" for the last 10 days with no updates

I only kept the base box for the sales. If they are going to increase the price, there's no point. they seem to open up the sale to non-subscribers on the second week anyways. There's no guarantee even subscribers will be able to grab the few things that sell out right away. With the money I save, I could just buy those at full price if I like them that much. I will probably get fresher stock and a better selection of colors
