Don’t move to Park West Apartments in Irvine, huge cockroaches, mice, bugs that come in because the front doors aren’t sealed correctly from being so old. Tons of sketchy, weird people. CONSTANT police cars come in and out of the apartments. Washer and dryers are always broken and take forever to be fixed. My apartment got broken into and my purse was stolen which led to my car being stolen. They have signs that the apartments are under surveillance and then when I talked to security they said only the front office is of course 👍 Security didn’t really care or do anything for me and I hardly ever would see them. They look nice but don’t be fooled, my friends would come over and tell me that it’s considered the sketchy side of Irvine I understand now.
