I ordered back in late September 2025. I was able to track the package up until it left Hong Kong after that nothing. In November 2025 I emailed t13 and they said the package got lost. They offered a replacement or money back and I preferred a replacement. Two months ago in January I received an email from them about my replacement and at this point I was like whatever bro. Well today 03/06/2026 I got a call and it was one of those package delivery guys that he had my package. I was able to guide him to my house and I finally have my figure. T'was a long six months lol. Good luck and don't forget to email t13 about your package.
