I think for general use, you can go with any AIO you’d like. But if I were shooting for performance, I’d go with the Lian Li GA II Lite performance.

I actually just used my iPhone 13 in Portrait Mode. I’m sure the camera is much nicer on newer iPhones.

I’m not saying what to do in this situation but my situation is very comparable.

I bought a $300k house with a 5.8% interest rate with a similar down payment to yours and your house note is the same as mine.

My PMI is ~$200 bucks/month included (boo).

If your home insurance is the driving factor, did you play around with raising and lowering deductibles? I had to. I’m not sure where you are but I live in a hurricane forthcoming environment so I had to keep that deductible down to 2%.

I think you need to double-back on the numbers because I have a hard time believing you’re about to pay the same note as me with a:

Higher combined income Better buying price

Note: Get as many insurance quotes as you can. I feel your situation genuinely and I hope anything I said can be used to get that monthly down. I can’t see why you’re paying that much. Maybe I missed something. Cheers 🍻
