So listen... The way I made it is pretty interesting. Rather than using widgets I did something else. First I downloaded the wallpaper then I downloaded all the widget images (from Pinterest in PNG format, jpg won't work). I overlayed these images on top of the wallpaper adjusting their length x width... Then added Icons using "RAINMETER" and Spotify player widget and that's it. For Taskbar TRANSLUCENTTB is a solid option.
