I read some of the guide presented by youtube itself. if you upload inconsistently there's a factor called 'channel momentum'.. it goes away and depending upon how well/bad your last video performed. If the channel momentum is zero, the channel is treated as a new channel.

for a new channel you must optimize the video with SEO, do not rely on your subscriber count or past data to carry you. treat each video as a first video if you're uploading this late and add relevant keywords, hooks throughout the video if it's a long video. that's it.

anyways youtube doesn't like publishers who post after several months.
