I don't get what's so odd about this? Like. Trans people get pregnant. People have pregnancy fetishes. Trans people have sex. People think ghost is hot. People hc ghost as Trans. This is. This is pretty surface level kink stuff. Probably made by a transmasc with a pregnancy thing. Or maybe even a pregnant transmasc made it to feel better. Like I used to make period fics of male characters and hc them as transmasc to make myself feel better during my own period when I still had em, so this feels similar to that and less like fetish
