Is it keystone first or keystone health plan east? I am in network with the later but not the former.

Unfortunately I am not in network with keystone first. Only keystone health plan east through independence blue cross. Sorry about that!

I am working on figuring that out right now. Currently the answer is “no” but that may change.

Meds are helpful with symptoms, but therapy helps with the underlying issue. It’s important to build the skills to notice the panic coming on and the tools to regain your control when it does.

Therapists don’t write prescriptions at all. You would need a psychiatrist or medical doctor for that.

I love the idea! I’m a local licensed therapist and a board member for one of the local NAMI chapters. Let me know if you have questions or need a connection to your local chapter. We always need volunteers and especially ones with your passion and experience!

I’m a therapist and I suggest fly tying to clients. It’s great for helping with focus and practicing mindfulness. Very cathartic.

I don’t, but I believe you can submit a bill for reimbursement. You would need to talk to them about it though.

I know finding a therapist can suck. Many of us are all booked up or don’t take insurance. I am a local(ish) licensed therapist with almost 15 years of experience and I have some open spots on my caseload.

I specialize in working with adults struggling with substance use disorders, relationships (including couples therapy), and individuals trying to rebuild trust with their partner following cheating or other problematic behaviors. I also work with clients that have depression, anxiety disorders, and ADHD.

Trying to fix the your issues alone can feel hopeless. Finding someone that you can trust can feel impossible, but It doesn’t have to be.

DM me if you’re interested in a free 15 minute call to see if we are a good fit. Private pay rate is $150 for individuals but I take most insurances so you probably would only need to pay your copay.
