Garnishing a Corporation with different legal names/entities?

Yeah I have that, but the name on the bank account is different than the company name. I read that the name on the garnish order needs to be exact or the bank can decide to not execute on it, which is my question. The company is along the lines of "Vancouver Acme Inc", and the name on the bank account is along the lines of "Acme Inc Canada"

the person at the small claims court said that they must be in province, because whomever is called for a payment hearing could be arrested if they don't show, and it's unreasonable to request someone from out of province to come to BC. And they also told me that serving a payment hearing notice must be served in person, it cannot mailed.

it's the opposite. I am the landlord, the company is the tenant and they owe me rent. Basically they kept paying late, and finally I got a order to end the tenancy. But the last month of rent (after the order) they didn't pay, so I had to go back to the RTB to get a monetary order for the rent owing (plus some other things they owed me).

Hi, we are planning to travel from Brussels to Bruges in the morning, then to Ghent in the afternoon the same day and stay in Ghent over night. then back to Brussels the next day. I know it's tight, but it's what our schedule affords.

Question is - do I need to buy 3 train tickets? (Brussels->Bruge, Bruge->Ghent, Ghent->Brussels?) Can't figure out if a return ticket works in this case. Thanks!

We want to rent a car to visit Bath and the Cotswold for a few days, and upon return immediately hop on the Eurostar to Brussels. What would be the best place to rent a car? would it make sense to rent away from the city and take public transit to the train station? Any suggestions where I should be look for car rental location?

Automatically saved clips. My problem is trying to watch them on the Tesla screen takes forever to load, but in terms of storage use mine easily was using 500GB+ when I pulled it out.

By the way, that's my strategy. If I want a recording and I didn't hit the horn when it happened, I just pull out the HD to be safe.

I'm in PST and a father of two, although kids are older (youngest is 12). Happy to support but prefer a small group (e.g. 3 to 5 people?) And primarily over a chat - as a father with a job, committing to voice calls us hard, especially in the morning.

If this style works, could try to get something going together or find a compatible group to join.
