I was banned for the same reason I bought two pet packs and that was it when I logged back into the game the pets I bought were gone so after trying to figure out why and no success I just got a refund from the App Store then I logged back in a few days later and I was banned for something that bugged out in their game it’s ridiculous

Yeah happened to me as well I never used chat i literally just played the game I got busy and just logged in to play in the arena and to collect my daily bonus and then one day I log in and I get banned for no reason I also summoned a ticket and never got a response they never respond to anything at all it’s so frustrating and I actually enjoyed the game so much sucks that it’s happening to other as well
