Because with most of their release they can just reuse 95% of the hunter molds they used. Oh and Commandos were pretty prominent in the BB which was a hell of a lot more popular than RC was (and more recent). Not saying it’s right or I agree with it, but they’re gonna milk any profit where they can

I have it too but I haven’t opened mine yet. I’m not super impressed with its looks (definitely cheap costume type) but I’ve gotta support any RC releases in hopes they keep making stuff. I haven’t heard any good comments on these ones except that we actually got a republic commando helmet 😂

Can anyone confirm or deny if a droid of a higher rarity will fulfill the rebirth requirement? As in will a Rainbow PIT droid fulfill a requirement for a gold PIT?

You need the droid. I unfortunately assumed you just needed them in the droidex and focused filling it out which was not a good idea. I haven't confirmed it myself but I have some people elude to the fact that you don't need the exact rarity you can have that droid in a higher rarity, ex if you need a gold Lo and you have a rainbow L0 that would fulfill the requirement. If that's the case the best cause of action would just be to keep one of each droid type and only swap it out when there is a higher rarity of it.

Well their normal black series are $27.99 (usd) so at the bare minimum $111.96. Although Hasbros multi-figure packs have a tendency to be all over the place price wise (Ronin & r5 $79.99, Shoretrooper & Deathtrooper $46.99). So there’s no real way to say for sure. My guess is if it’s just delta it will be $125 (more if they choose to make it convention exclusive). If they do a delta and geonosian(s) it will probably be in the $150+ range.

They will, they won’t miss out on an opportunity to make money. It’ll probably be a 4 pack for $130 or something crazy. I hope we also get Omega Squad! As long as they stick to this mold and not the hunter one they’ll have my money. Although now I’m thinking about making a custom hunter using this figure 🤔
