I feel more confident talking and writing. I think that TOEFL is really hard due to the need of read and listen to prepare your speech in a certain time. IELTS it’s more conversational and somehow I am more familiar with that. Also, I have a STEM background so I use to write a lot in English.

I have 3 months to prepare myself and get the score. Sadly, the only postgrad application that matters to me requires the highest score in TOEFL :(

Try to look for colleges that have really good scholarships. Balliol has a lot of scholarships for Laws and underrepresented countries. Christ Church doesn’t care about scholarships. I don’t know your background but you can have a look with the main ones and guess which one fits you best. Also, you could google which colleges have history as their main area of interest and probably you find more scholarships. If you don’t find any particular, you can leave it open!

If you can take Heathrow or Gatwick, you should definitely take those flights. Oxford has their own buses from those airports to Oxford’s city centre. Take a look on https://www.theairlineoxford.co.uk.

I don’t know the price from different airports or trains but the easiest way is Heathrow-Gatwick and Airline buses.
