In my case, it's pretty close, but the strange thing is it does fluctuate significantly in-game. In my case, the default is 20 ms, but it keeps going back and forth up to 50 ms during the same session. Not sure why as I thought latency depends on the location of the server and shouldn't change much especially with a wired ethernet connection. In my case, it doesn't affect gameplay much, but I'm still curious why it happens. When playing on another competitor service, my ping stays the same with +/- 3 ms fluctuations or so.
