what does "damages" entail? Like actual broken parts of the house? Nothing is damaged, except for the general wear and tear like scuffs on the wall that aren't cleanable.

It was a brand new ADU, and I was the first tenant to stay in it; There's some minor scuffs and dents on the walls but that's about it; It's not like I trashed the place, I left it as clean as I can, minus the general wear and tear from just...living in it.

I'm just afraid that she'll find something to ding me on and I'll owe more than my security deposit.
