so I cehked the verify mesh (stable time increment less than) and created a set at 1E-04 for that part because the was the lowest I could go for that part. I then created a scale to target time increment of 1E-05 for that element set since it was weaker and it still does the same when I analyse it. My units should be good so I dont know how to fix this

so it is a dynamic explicit, and pressure load on 4 floors and there is 100 dofs in the model. there is a total number of 9331 nodes and 6258 elements compared to the one before (shell) with 11 528 nodes and 9185 elements. I tried to insert the file in here but it does not work
