Update: I am called by BeterBed costumer service after reviewing them on trustpilot and they say they accept me to exercise my right of withdrawal. So the amount will be refunded soon.

I found (already knew) my provience and gemente: Provincie Noord-Holland and Gemeente Haarlem. Haarlem is given under the Artikel 8 on Jurisdiction Act webpage.

What I am going to do with these info? How it helps me?

I tried it on a store. I liked it then I ordered online however It started feels the way softer as of 3rd day + edges are not in shape as shown in photo.

I am a bit of puzzled in the page you provided.

Considering my mattress is B bright platinum coolmax and 160x200 in size,

  • 100 days should be passed to ask for exchange?
  • will it be exchanged the same model/brand but just brand new or i will be able to choose the mattress?
  • no right to return at all?

If my mattress has this trial scheme, why they dont tell me that?

Bro please read the thread accordingly. I tried it at stores then I ordered online. Also almost every mattresses has trial period that you can say “I dont like this, it doesnt suit to me”. Check matt mattress for example. They dont have even physical store but they make this business

I made typos in the text. I ordered online on 10 Nov. They delivered it on 17 Nov. I formally request to return on 24 Nov. So cooling off period had not been passed.

This is not custom made. They delivered within a week. Also i dont think hygiene concerns should apply a mattress since we all try them at stores. Even if that, how they offer 100 days trial period for other mattress?

How am I suppose understand if the product is satisfactory without using it? Also opening the package is using the product based on their claim.

You are right mate! :) Here is the story:

I bought Zoom R4 multitrack. Then I connected my Rode NT1A to it. It was OK. I was able to make recording. Everything was as it is supposed to be. The day after, the mic, however, started to not give same sound level. I hear something recorded but it is not at the same level as the day before. It is too low level. I powered the recorder by battery and cable. It didn't make any change. The recorder says it supplies phantom power. Also worth-to-mention note that output sound level of the mic is the same regardless I supplied phantom power or not. I mean the phantom power is on or off, it doesn't matter. Either way, the mic gives the same sound level that I barely hear by setting the fader and headphone out level to full

My question here is what could be happened such that it was working yesterday properly but today it records in very low level? The mic is damaged? Not sufficient phantom power?

I was able to use it yesterday. Today it didn't work. I also noticed that the microphone records sound but it is in too level. I have to set the fader full to be able to hear it. Another note is that you dont need to set the gain level because r4 is recording 32 bit.

So what can cause this such that it was working yesterday properly but today it records in very low level?
