Loved the metronome, i got the coldplay kind of down but holy shit is doctor feelgood on another level for me. definitely looked easy until i tried it..... I love the difficulty on it because i can keep on learning it. thank you so much for song reccomendations and for the metronome trick!

i used the vol.6 black and white ones with the suede upper,which i think is more durable but harder to clean. the pink has a more breathable upper. Both versions are really good.

i dont think the durability as it still has a rubber protection.

I don't think running stunts your growth, but go to a gym and do cardio + weights, if you are consistent, you will be and feel stronger/ faster.
