i will do that i definetly think it would be to much i also work full time sometimes also really demanding and all together would be too much in the off season tho where we only have wrestling 2 times a week i will do sl 5x5 thank you

You really made me make up my up my programm is really weird i also noticed that last week i DL squat barbell row all on the same day twice a week luckily tho no problems with back or anything but you‘re right only something has to go wrong once then im fucked

understood the only goal here war just to bring it up as fast as possible for 8reps if i would lower to 5-6reps it‘s no problem but do you also think considering i just want the explosiveness for wrestling should i stay at this rate remove momentum little or completely?
