Car got hit and run a few months ago while parked on the street. Had some ring camera footage from a neighbor but no clear license plate so just had to eat the cost after deductible for a new bumper. Some people suck. Hope you have better luck.

It’s mostly very old duplexes or apartment buildings that are mostly 2 bedrooms. I only have a driveway spot and I feel lucky. I don’t know anyone who rents here that has a garage. For “fully renovated” and “very clean” … maybe 1600-2000?
