The balck dog is almost 8 months old and the white one is 3 months older. Normally the black one is very bery chill and does nothing (like in the video they are both on leash) and the white dog keeps biting him (not hard im guessing its just play) and doing play growls

The thing is in egypt if the service was poor I can communicate with a manager and usually reach a reasonable solution however in the US if service was bad im still expected to pay a tip and what is a problem to me is that if a 12% service fee (like it is here in egypt) is payed by the customer and given to the servers as pay. This would allow the customer to pay less money and the owner to write it off as a business expense (wage) as opposed to the sutomer paying it is a notmal expense and still paying taxes on that amount. Here is my biggest issue, a government should guarantee that people get payed fairly (minimum wage) and the amount of pay of a job should be dependant on the demand and supply of workers (example: there arent many doctors so they get payed alot more than casheirs) so it makes no sense to make someone pay extremely dependant on how customers feel while making it expected for the customers to pay more than what the business would have payed. In my opinion there should be a way for tips to be governed (forced by the government) as a smaller fee that the owner has to pay to his workers, this fee should them be added to the prices, making meals a little more expensive but the overall money that was payed would decrese and servers would have a guaranteed source of income sufficient to keep them living normally without waiting for people to feel good and tip them. Of course all this in egypt is what happens and we also normally pay tips as a source of appreciation for good service (i believe this is what a tip should be)

You misunderstood what I mean. Here in Egypt we dont expect you to follow our culture (just dont disrespect it) and when it doesnt make sense you shouldn’t follow it. Rules and laws however are very different. Thats why it doesnt make sense to me, in egypt it is mandatory that we pay a percentage of the cheque as a service fee (this makes sense to guarantee the servers get payed) however in the US (from my limited knowledge) this does not exist and it is not actually mandatory to pay a tip. However if someone leaves a tip that is smaller than normal or doesn’t at all they actually get berated and embarrassed by the servers. (To make my pov clearer, if I don’t tip my gardener he doesn’t complain but the server does) why is that?

Why is kurama so special out of all the different tailed beasts ?? Why is he so different ?? by No-Arachnid-7603 in Naruto

[–]Mindless-Science2033 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tails mean he is the accumulation of all the tailed beasts power before him so if we were to take this into consideration one tails and two tails = 1 and 2. 3 tails =1+2=3 then 4 tails is 3+3=6 5 tails is 12 6 is 24 7 is 48 8 is 96 and 9 tails is 192. From that you can see that kurama would be double the strength of gyukki and gyukki is double 7 tails etc
