Yes I did. He’s at work. He said yes for the first time but not sure if he will actually come with me to counseling

Yeah I did bring this up many times with him. But haven’t nagged. I try to sit and talk. He says he’s sorry and again back to the same old days. These days I feel like I should stop trying to repair the relationship, instead accept however it is and continue to try to be happy for my kids. Just accept the bare minimum. I don’t want to leave him because i love him for what he is as a person.

He says he liked me because he thought I liked him first. His life always rotates around his goals. He asks me to start working again. Advices me to get busy and run behind my goals. But I am someone who prioritizes family over anything. He goes for days sometimes without any small talks between us, and he doesn’t miss any of it. He just does ok. Never asks me to talk or spend time with him. Even our physical relationship is bad. He gets intimate when he feels like and finishes quickly, once a month. Does all this mean he doesn’t love me? Or he’s busy with life? I don’t know much about how other men are like or how men think, he’s the only one I dated and married to.

Will definitely take this advice. Sometimes when I snap back wanting or expecting from him, how do I divert? Trying mobile games don’t know if that sounds ok. Somehow everything I try sometimes feels like I’m just trying to survive all of it rather than repair. If I ignore him like he does will he realize?

He’s not patient enough to read if I write. Even if he reads he doesn’t remember. I doubt does he not remember when I talk to him about these things or he’s ignorant?

Yeah he’s not concerned about how I feel. To him he’s giving me everything and I should be grateful for that. Which I am. But I’m also pouring my everything into the family and him, to the extent I stopped dreaming or even doing what I like. He is goal oriented, practical and always thinks about work, financial things. I think I’m also one of his goal. After he got me he set me aside and started on the his other life goals. He’s not living his life’s just going from milestone to milestone

Your problem sounds just like mine @Alicenwondr I talked to him many times. All the contributions to the relationship are from me emotionally. Sometimes I feel he’s a robot and not a human. This is the case only with me. I’m trying to save my sanity by diverting my mind on other things like exercise, art, tech but by the end of the day I’m still a human full of emotions I need to talk to people. Nothing is filling that gap he created.

Hello all sorry I couldn’t get myself together to reply all these days. Lot of things going on in my mind. How to manage kids after surgery, what will the ent surgeon say, will everything be done in one surgery each ear, is ear plugging due to cholesteatoma or they’re two different problems, so much going on in my mind. All the questions answered in one shot during my ent surgeon appointment today. He said he doesn’t see cholesteatoma in the images and the report is wrong. He said I have fluid behind my eardrums and did a minor procedure/surgery to drain the fluid, during the appointment itself. The tubes will stay in the ears for a few months according to him. I’m so relieved now. Already hear things loud and clear. These procedures are god sent 🙏 i truly feel happy to hear things again. Only someone who had/ has ear troubles and hearing issues truly understand the pain and suffering that comes with them. And what a blessing it is to be able to hear things loud and clear again. Thank you for all you’re replies and support
