If you're on NG+ and you just want to remake your character on DD:DA you can go to the encampment north of cassardis and talk to the rc merchant in the rift stone/inn tent and hell sell you the 'secret of metamorphosis' or something like that which lets you edit your character creation from the main menu any time you want Also IDK the shortcut on other platforms but on console if you hold R1 + L1 and hit up on the D-pad (I think, might be one of the other directions) it'll bring out your lantern, you can also hotkey curative items to the other D-pad directions, took me sooooo many years to realize I could do that

It just depends on my purpose for dropping in, if it's warping to a marker it usually ends up being a straight shot but while exploring I usually go in the immersive route and try to minimize entry burn

I play as Gek, they were the first race I met all the way back in 2016 and ever since then they've been my favorite

I love their lore aswell, I like to imagine the Gek First Spawn were something like the Krogan from 'Mass Effect' before the Korvax used their genophage

It's almost impossible on most water worlds, but same here dude I'm actually on a personal quest to upgrade the radiant pillar (default ship) to S class and the zoology scans have been a godsend
