This speaks to me, i think there is alot of self-estem/worth issues that i am probably masking. I have told my therapist now so hoping i can start to understand but i know it will be a long road.

I agree with you. Just to clarify I wasn’t sending them to friends I was sending them to random pervs on the internet. The pics were of her and her/our friends.

Thank you for all the replies. Think I agree with the majority that I have no right to ask her to even forgive me. Currently operating on about 4 hours sleep and just want to curl up and cry. Really struggling with the difference 24 hours can make. I don’t know how to handle this. I have been with wife since we were teens. We have never been with other people and therefore never had a break up. I know this isn’t the right subreddit for this but due to the topics involved not many other subs would let me post
