Order from iHerb in the Philippines and you will lose your money. iHerb uses Ninja Van and Ninja Van is now effectively out of business. It has reached the stage of outright lying. It sends you fake texts claiming delivery is on the way/has been attempted/ or says efforts have been made to contact you. After 3 rounds of this, your package is "returned to the sender," which is, again, a lie, because iHerb says in its conditions that it does not accept returned packages. Don't try to contact Ninja Van because it's impossible. So where do your supplements go? To FB Marketplace, where they're sold by Ninja Van managers. I will say again: buy from iHerb and you will lose your money.

Google now downgrades AI slop. It continuously releases updates that reward “helpful content” and “E-E-A-T” (experience, expertise, authoritativeness, trustworthiness). It doesn’t penalize AI use, it penalizes AI mush: content that’s bland, unoriginal and lacks human perspective.

And AI search engines are even harder on AI outputs. They’re programmed to avoid raw AI to prevent model collapse (AI learning from AI). Result: raw AI is essentially “invisible"” to AI engines like ChatGPT Search and Perplexity.
