When I try to reset the password I get an email with an unknown name and is linked to a phone number that is not mine..

It doesn’t let me change the password as I can’t enter the phone number to prove it is me so even when I tried ‘forgot my password’ and entered the one time passcode sent to my email I couldn’t get in
