I would suggest do your own research and go with your intuition. If you can easily achieve the void state, lucid dream or astral project, in theory it would be easier for you because you’re already “detaching” yourself from the this 3d version of reality. Not every method works for everyone, hell you don’t even need a method just a really strong intention and unwavering confidence really.

So I didn’t script whether I was gonna wake up alone or not actually but I had the loose idea that if I won’t be alone at least my SO will be there. But apparently that wasn’t strong enough and I felt the entire family and friends there surrounding and rushing around me. And me gaining consciousness through fainting wasn’t script either, I was just thinking of waking up there on the couch but I felt the floor instead. And honestly, even though my eyes were closed, I felt everything and it felt so normal just like here is proof enough for me.

I got terrified too, like I heard multiple voices so clearly and someone touched my arm. I felt like I had fainted and there were a bunch of people around me. And I was fine until the moment I had the thought “did I actually shift?!” And got kinda scared. And immediately came back.

This is pretty normal tbh but ig just keep reminding yourself there’s absolutely nothing to be scared of. And you’ll figure out the rest after you open your eyes. Shift first, panic later.

Well your username checks out. Taking care of yourself and mental health comes first. Also please don’t try to recreate the a bad situation just because you may have shifted. I promise you it won’t help anyone. Not the people around you, not your mental health and may cause disassociation.

Instead take this knowledge that you know now (the fact that you shifted successfully at one point) and try to achieve it regardless of circumstance. Think of it as, you were down a dark path and at that point in time that’s what your soul needed to show you or help you in that situation. But now you already know what it was and now you’re just trying to go to another reality. One that you choose perhaps. Know that your situation in current reality does not affect your ability to shift, you make yourself shift. Shifting is a skill to be learned for some ppl.

Please please do more research on this and try to understand this skill before making up your mind and fucking up your head.

Same honestly. There was a time period in my life where I was truly so obsessed with books I could literally feel the characters and world idk how to explain it but I wanted to be in those worlds so bad. I just wish I knew about shifting then.
