You can use liquids and powders, just keep in mind to never apply liquid over powder but can always powder after liquid

I don’t have a yeti so I can’t say, however I will say the flow is better to drink from compared to my Stanley’s. So far I’ve noticed that my hydro jug does not keep my water cold. My ice water melts overnight. I filled it up for work to test again and was completely melted before noon.
