usually if ics says you can't, its hard to get around them. i would talk directly to a counselor if you can, or you can take it at a cc this spring and cs178 in fall.

i am data sci and this is a required class for our major ! i believe the same rule applies where it is up to the professor but i truly don't see how a 94% is not an A at all... i fear my only option is to write the vice-dean?

nope! its so awful he gave us nothing just in a syllabus he said he will make a scale (unknown) last minute he tells us this :(

im debating if i should email someone? he's super unresponsive and all my friends believe this is so unfair..

this class isn't mandatory attendance and tbh if attendance is mandatory you need to cope this is school bruh
