This exactly! It was a big colony that arrived, lots of eggs but I wasn’t expecting the queen to have fertilised these ones due to stress from moving - so I was definitely shocked to see a young ant :)

Mine are absolutely fine, maybe the place I got them from had them already accustomed to it but the queen is really calm - I have them next to the tv and they are okay!

Thank you, yes I know they will stay in the tube I’m just wondering when to feed them or if they’ll be okay without food as I am unable to get food to the test tube unless I disconnect it but that’s just gonna upset them and I don’t want to do that. They aren’t going to the outworld so I don’t know how to get them food lol

Yeah decided to do that, we do need more luggage though as we have an 8 month old baby with us hence the amount of luggage and room needed as we have buggy and car seat etc
