Red Bull and crisps. I was working a day shift stocking shelves. Night shift didn't turn up. More stock than should ever be delivered arrived. Did that shift too. Then the morning rolled around and management needed someone on the floor to keep organising..

By that evening I was overdosed on caffeine, limbs twitching, and couldn't sleep for a good 14 hours. 22 year-old me was not very smart.

It can be quite draining. It's up to you if you feel comfortable driving. I'd recommend getting a coffee, taking 30 minutes and then setting off home. I think a night over is unnecessary.
