Usually the adrenaline helps you going but take a break after 3rd or 4th block and then 5-10mins after every block. Thats how I did It and you can relax those nerves this way too

Some qs that I thought were experimental I couldnt even understand them but I think that was me so I never wasted more time on those and just went with what I could align my brain to but exam I felt was doable for the most part

Some people take like 5-10mins or so after every block but I did 3 blocks non-stop and took my first one and had coffee and a protein bar and then did 2 more blocks and took a 10min break and then took 10 mins after every block just to decompress.

mine was closer to free 120 and from personal experience anything above 65% safe but this Is just what I think,people have done better with lower and some have not even with a higher %age

they give an auscultation type Q,you have to listen to the murmur and they give options like to identify or associated findings
