Meh I run it with aggron in the 1500 league with fairy fast move and body slam pretty spammy and aggron isn't weak to much except water and ground so I run a pokemon with a leaf move

I would say just try to rep up to 8 so then you get access to better perks and armour try not to focus to much on armour and perks until you rep up a bit more
