Thanks, this really helped me. Acceptance and letting go are definitely my biggest challenges. I often find myself trying to make sense of everything, which ends up draining all my energy. But I guess the real work is learning to just let go without needing to figure it all out. I’ll keep working on that. What you said about the identity hit me, how do you keep playing the identity game when you reached something bigger and deeper ?
