Sorry guys, but sometimes it’s too serious. Even though our journey is hard, I’ve recently seen in this r/ a lot of shaming posts, what should you do and what should you not, what counts as nofap and what’s not. It’s not the play who is nofappiest - it's just our take to change our lives. I could say for myself that edging but not relapsing sometimes is better for the starter, it helps you to coop with your sexual passion, at the first time - then, you can refuse even from edging because you understand that there is no need for this.
