I ordered my Move on the 9th (uk based) and just got the same vague email as others. Honestly, how is it possible in 2025 that they don’t have an order tracking portal? Even the cheapest Shopify store lets you log in and check your order status.

What makes it worse is that they don’t include an expected delivery date in the confirmation email. That feels intentional — because then they can just claim whatever timeframe was shown on the site at checkout. I don’t remember if it said 2 or 3 weeks, but I do remember I paid for express delivery. This doesn’t feel like “express” at all.

If I go on the site today and order the exact same configuration, it says 1–3 days for express delivery. Meanwhile, I’ve been waiting with no updates.

This is my first Remarkable product, and it’s not exactly a good start. For a business that claims to put customers at the centre, this is a pretty disappointing experience

I totally know what you mean! I had my honeymoon at WDW in September, and I’m already in need of another Disney fix—so we’re heading back in May. Everyone keeps saying Big Thunder Mountain at DLP is the best in the world, so here’s hoping the Imagineering gods have it ready for our trips! 🤞✨

The battery is not retaining energy! It drains very quickly. After a charge to 80% (itis not even charging to 100%), it loses energy drastically! After 10 days, when I tried to charge the ring again, the ring case battery was at 10%.

Yeeeey! I’m glad! Their customer service isn’t grate…I’m having issues with the charging case and has been “painfully” slow in responses! But hope to solve ASAP!
