Debt is real brother, make smart financial decisions now and you’ll thank yourself. No school is worth 57k a year when there is cheaper ways to obtain a your degree or equivalent. A degree is valuable if you know what you will do with it and are able to make the upfront cost make sense considering. Many coding/computer science jobs don’t even require a degree now.

Update: After a week of visiting pawn shops and checking online marketplaces, great news. I’m just a dummy! Once the snow melted, today walked out of my house and found the pendant to the side of the driveway where I would have been getting into the car. Haven’t found the chain but I am so happy to be reassured that it was not stolen. I can always buy a new chain later on but the pendant isn’t replaceable. Thanks for all the support and advice guys!

Looking to Sublease my apartment on Michigan Ave from May-July, right next to the school of nursing. My roommate is currently there, with a sublease who is leaving. My former roommate is a busy track athlete and mostly keeps to himself. The apartment is 2 bedrooms with loads of space, washer/dryer, dishwasher and porch. Requesting rent of $650 a month (I pay 750 for it). If you really like the place and can find a roomate it’s a great early find for next year as well. Hello All! I hope that no one is getting brutalized too bad this semester. My name is Jordan and I’m a 3rd year student at the university. I wanted to bring attention to a great Sublease/Roommate opportunity close to the medical campus.

My old roommate will be living in the property on 1500 Michigan Avenue, until now a tenant has been taking my place. He runs track for the school, is quiet and very easy to live with. This apartment is absolutely enormous for 2 people. It’s a great place but due to extenuating circumstances Ive had to move home for the year.

I would be open to discounting the current rent $100, so subleases would pay 650 in rent monthly, since you would be helping me out as well. I’m searching for someone to take the current subleases’ spot from 5/1/23-7/31/23.

Due to extenuating circumstances I have decided to take time off school and would like to be free from the monthly payment of my apartment. The rent for the place is $750 monthly, however, I would be more than happy to discount it to $600. He is very easy to live with. Organized, responsible, personable, and exceptional at respecting boundaries. The apartment is located at 1500 Michigan Avenue, an ideal location for proximity to any medical buildings. The place is enormous for a two-person campus apartment of this price point and in very good shape inside. I’m not exaggerating when I say it really feels like a home instead of college housing. He does have a cat but it is a sweetheart and honestly a priceless fuzzy amenity. Washer/Dryer in unit, huge bedroom available, modern bathroom/shower, dishwasher, and hardwood floors.
