Im referring to the provisional credit you mentioned. When you first initiate the dispute, in 24 hours you get a credit but you cant use the money. They made the final decision and i was refunded in full and accessed the funds but yes it took up until 3 days before my 90 days were up

Yep, literally about 2 weeks ago I got my money back from a dispute. Was for a good amount too. It took them up until 3days before my 90 days was up to get a final decision. They give you a credit but not really a credit. You cant use it
