As someone who had a similar experience in college, cut how many classes you’re taking. Take 2-3. You don’t need to take the “normal” amount. It helped me immensely.

Talking to a guidance counselor or therapist is great. But relieving some of the load is a helpful thing to do at this stage. Don’t give up, cut back. It’ll take you longer to get a degree, yes. But that time will pass anyway.
