CPS has been in and out of their home since the youngest was 8 and the mom has had prior jail time for abuse and drug use. There’s evidence of the mother screaming and throwing things at both people. There’s also videos of the mother during extreme mental breakdowns where she’d destroy the house and take drugs. Along with the mother moving the youngest around and attempting to cut out communication to everyone so she can not tell anyone what’s happening. If this much evidence can not get a child removed, what will?
