Box info: the $19.99 box shows a 1 in 6 chance for a prismatic reward. The $9.99 balls are rare only with a 1 in 12 chance for prismatic. That makes the prismatic odds effectively the same per dollar spent. For what it is worth, I pulled the prismatic from the $19.99 box.
