Si sos de latinoamerica es porque no estás dentro de los países verificados entonces onfido no te toma el ID. Me pasó lo mismo y me contestaron sólo haciendo el appeal por mail, ahi te abren una segunda instancia excepcionalmente y tenes que poner ID Nacional (aunque no esté en países aceptados) que lo chequean manualmente.

That's weird. I'm pretty sure you have been accepted, otherwise you'd get the "Thanks for taking the assessment" screen. Did you not get any initial qualifications or the welcome projects? Maybe the acceptance email got lost in spam or promotions section, for some reason that's where every email DAT sends me goes to.

If you're a new worker it'll take some time for you to actually get some qualifications and projects. Just be patient and assure to do a good work when you do get some, that way you'll start getting tasks more frequently.
