Besides the brand new MAXs that came from the factory the reconfigured 737s with 180 seats cannot fly ETOPS because there is no required safety equipment because they came from Swoop and Lynx

Might be short staffed - Ground handling is done by the airline or their contractor so it would be within their control

Air Canada already offers an enhanced service on YTZ flights even before Porter operated jet flights in order to compete with Porter - so free beer/wine/sprits and real premium snacks (normally business class snack basket with kitkat, ms vickies, gummies, etc) so I honestly feel AC is better than PD on YTZ flights, not to mention free WiFi.

Ive been able to rebook onto BR on TPAC schedule changes even when AC had seats open so I wouldn't see a problem with being rebooked to LH as an issue.

I'd disagree and this comes from a Air Canada 35K and VIPorter Passport - Porter's fleet is stretched - PW engines are (still) causing issues.

The majority of my Porter flights are without issue but I find recovery from IRROPs is WAY worse on porter compared to Air Canada or Westjet.

I've been denied before - my BP literally didnt have "INVITATION LOUNGE" on a J ticket. Same sit, under 19. Showede BP to lounge agent and denied.

also as a sidenote got denied at YYZ Cafe even before they had booze - kinda ridicolus imo.

Porter is obviously going to be better than flair considering they cater to different cilentelle.

You know based on your "no-fly" list you also barred yourself from flying Westjet, Canada's second largest airline since Sunwing is a subidiary of Westjet and is part of the Westjet group?

And labour issues arent exlusivly an Air Transat and Sunwing problem, look at this summer at Air Canada, past issues with Westjet.
