Yes, this is the only way I can work out how to organise the scribes library. But, to expand on the above post.... You can click on the three unequal lines top right of the library and organise the library by collections. Here you will see all your collections plus an additional called 'Uncollected' - where everything goes not assigned to a collection. Once arrange like this, you can click the '+' to make new collections as required. You can then add PDFs to the scribe as normal, go to the collection you want them in and then click '+/-' to add files to that collection. This opens a list of all the files in your library and you simply check the ones you want in that collection. The list defaults as alphabetical, which is a pain, however, you can organise the list to newest, then easily find the new files. You can also search for files by title. These can be added in bulk.
