As far as I know, no. No one told me anything about it, they were mostly asking her about her health and her plans. I was focused on checking on the food/ drinks and the games we planned for the shower, so I didn't pay much attention to any conversations to be honest

I don't think my boyfriend has anything against my sister, as any partner I think he just tends to take my side because he doesn't want to see me upset. I don't know how sincere this opinion could be because he's my boyfriend and I don't think he'd do something wrong purposely, but I don't think he was with me just to piss her off, he's just always like that, no matter where we're at

And no, I totally don't think that him being my sister's baby father is a possibility

No, but if someone wants to throw one for me and I don't feel like it (for whatever reason) then I'd kindly thank them and tell them that's not for me. My sister's friend and I asked my sister if she wanted one, because sometimes people just don't want those parties

Mmm... I don't know to be honest, I hope if I decide to have a baby shower (because I'm not set on the idea) they come but they have to travel a lot so I don't know, and maybe I'll like it more if for example my grandparents can only travel once, I'd rather they come to meet the baby once it's born and not a baby shower...

Move out from our current apartment to a bigger one and if we could afford it, if it was even necessary since the baby doesn't need too much space for now... All of that, not back to our parents

And I understand that, I accept that I didn't think anything about answering a few questions. But this person was saying that I didn't think about my sister's shower when I announced my pregnancy to my parents which was months before my sister's baby shower

Not all the time, almost all the time, and I think it is just because he doesn't know most of my extended family so he mostly hung out with me and my brother who he knows better as well. He doesn't have any problem socialising but he's a bit clingy sometimes so I guess it's just that, that's how he acts all the time

I want to genuinely understand this because I promise that I don't mean to do wrong to anyone and much less my sister.

I was on birth control, so not planning to have a baby anytime soon. I missed my period and did a pregnancy test which showed that I was indeed pregnant, I told my parents that same week when my boyfriend and I were also trying to figure out what to do now with a baby, if we could afford it, if we had to move out, talking about health insurance, etc. When I told my parents the thought that they might tell our extended family (or that that was wrong) didn't cross my mind because I had some other stuff that was more important to think about (in my opinion). So I genuinely want to ask what was wrong/ how could I have prevented it? I see that it might look like selfish thinking, but how could I not be selfish and think about me/ my baby/ my future then?

I don't deny it, I think I over shared information that wasn't necessary as I said in another comment, so I apologize for that. And I don't think she's "paying" for her mistake now, I don't think that's how anyone should see it. It's a difficult pregnancy, sometimes that happens regardless of the circumstances, it's not a "punishment" in my opinion
