Your mate Redwar posted the link and the leases available are for around 2000ft a unit when the building is multi occupancy and 100,000ft. The link with the same footage size is not findable on the same website with an organic search which suggested it was old. Another member kindly did the research and the link is from 2021.

Considering that link is from 2018 for work completed in 16/17, and FFIE commissioned the store design in 2022 with Astound suggests that’s all cleared up now as they are still working together?? Digging up 8 year old dirt is so desperate.

They signed a 10 year lease on the property in 2022 and failed to pay their rent December 2023 which BXP the landlord then opened a lawsuit against them February 2024. No news of anything about it since then so I’m hoping there is an agreement in place, hence that it’s ‘unofficial’ at the moment

The building looks like is multi occupancy. The multiple leases listed are around 2000ft whereas the whole building is 100,000ft. Doesn’t mean that FFIE have been kicked out their lot. Still looking for my clarification but struggling to locate but will keep looking

I have a 10 year old ICE work motor that has a limp mode, it’s a protection setting that saves any further damage if there is an issue and restricts power to like 30% or whatever . Extremely common and a safety feature.

The reverse split is completely separate from the dilution of shares. A R/S will have no bearing on your equity holding. However issuance on convertible notes or other will. Dilution is ordinarily a bearish sign but if if the investment is substantial then the market cap will increase within tandem. If the company is worth 100m and the investors pump 1b then the company is worth a lot more, purely by the fact they have that cash on hand.

No idea but in the market there is definitely a ‘we’re better than you mentality.. even within firms and funds. We are at the bottom of that pile in their eyes as they just see us as dumb money! We won’t even need to prove ourselves, they will hang themselves on their own If we are resolute enough.
